Snip, Snip, Snip . . . My first trip to a real barbershop! Mom decided to have a professional clip my locks this time because they had gotten so long and out-of-control! Mr. Marshall said that I was a good boy, and he gave me a lollipop after he was finished. Daddy got his hair cut, too. We all had a fun time!

Did it snow where you live? It snowed in Bethune! We had big fluffy flakes that fell and fell until all of the grass was covered! Unfortunately, Mom had to tell me about it, because our wintery surprise happened after I was already asleep. The next morning, really cold rain was coming down so I didn't get to go outside. But I watched from the window until it all melted away. Maybe it will snow again next year, and I'll be big enough to build a snowman!

I've learned some more new words - like cheese and cracker - and I am starting to sing the song, "Jesus Loves Me". I would love to talk or sing to you soon! Give me a call!

I love you,

Levi

Read any good books lately? I have! My New Year's resolution is to learn some of the words in my Bible Storybook. I can already say lots of words . . . bye-bye, up, yes, crab (it's one of my bath toys), pat-a-cake, truck, car, and my toughest one yet, Cheerios. Of course, I can say Mama and Daddy, too. I like to keep Dad on his toes, so most of the time I switch the syllables and call him Dee-Dad. He likes it. I can't wait until I can read all of those words, too!

I had a really fun time in Winston-Salem during the New Year, and I even stayed up late to watch the ball drop (I had a little nap beforehand to keep me going). When Mom & I came back home, Dad had emptied out the attic for some early spring cleaning. So, we've all been trying to get things cleaned out and packed up. Mom had to make some more room for all of my great new toys and clothes! Also, our youth group members are holding a church yard sale next month to raise money for summer camp. I think Mom found a few old things hiding in the attic that could go. If you have any old stuff, we'd be happy to sell it to help our youth!

Love always,

Levi
